Job Summary
Leads and optimizes service operations by designing efficient processes, managing performance metrics, and ensuring seamless service delivery through data-driven decision-making and cross-functional collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational policies, workflows, and processes
Design and manage admin systems, dashboards, and back-office tools
Monitor and analyze KPIs to drive operational performance
Oversee daily service operations to ensure quality and efficiency
Create operational content, guides, and communication materials
Identify issues and implement improvement strategies based on data and feedback
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Design teams
Mandatory Requirements
Experience in operations planning, policy development, and execution
Strong understanding of KPI management and data-driven operations
Ability to design/administer operational dashboards and systems
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams
