Clinical Instructor

Job Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Instructor to provide nursing education and clinical guidance to nursing students and staff. The candidate should have a B.Sc Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing with relevant cardiac cases work experience and the ability to support practical clinical learning.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide clinical instruction and practical nursing training to students.

• Guide students in applying nursing theory and clinical practices.

• Demonstrate appropriate patient-care and nursing procedures.

• Supervise students during clinical rotations and patient-care activities.

• Provide guidance on cardiac patient care and related clinical practices.

• Assess students’ clinical performance, skills, and professional development.

• Maintain clinical training records and provide performance feedback.

• Promote patient safety, infection control, and professional nursing standards.

• Coordinate with nursing and clinical teams to ensure effective training.

• Support a positive and professional learning environment.

Mandatory Requirements

• Qualification: B.Sc Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing.

• Experience: Relevant work experience handling cardiac cases.

• Clinical nursing experience with strong practical knowledge.

• Good communication, teaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
