Job Summary
The Intern will gain practical exposure to various departments within the resort and support day-to-day operations under the guidance of experienced team members. The role is suitable for candidates who are willing to learn, adapt, and contribute to a professional hospitality environment while gaining hands-on experience in a remote seasonal resort.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist departmental teams with daily operational activities as assigned.
Support staff in maintaining smooth and efficient resort operations.
Follow instructions and guidance provided by supervisors and department heads.
Assist with guest service and respond to basic guest requirements professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards within the assigned work area.
Support preparation, documentation, stock handling, or other departmental tasks as required.
Follow established company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Maintain professional conduct and a positive attitude toward guests and colleagues.
Work collaboratively with team members across different departments.
Learn and understand basic operational procedures and hospitality practices.
Report operational issues or guest concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the department supervisor or management.
Adapt to the seasonal and remote working environment of the resort.
Mandatory Requirements
Gender: Male / Female
Experience: Freshers / candidates seeking practical industry exposure.
Age: Above 21 years.
Good English communication skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and work across multiple departments.
Ability to work effectively in a remote resort environment.
Positive attitude, discipline, and professional conduct.
Valid passport with minimum 7 months validity at the time of visa processing.
PCC is mandatory and must be obtained/verified before the interview.
