Job Summary

Responsible for delivering engaging, play-based, screen-free early learning sessions for children aged 0–6 years at their homes, supporting cognitive, social, emotional, and motor development through a structured curriculum.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct 60–90 minute one-on-one learning sessions at children’s homes using curated learning kits.

• Adapt activities, pace, and difficulty according to each child’s developmental stage and response.

• Provide concise progress updates and encourage positive parent participation.

• Maintain attendance, session notes, and progress reports through the mobile app.

• Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and professional etiquette in client homes.

• Attend skill-development sessions and share field insights with the academic team.

• Build positive and trusted relationships with children and parents.

Mandatory Requirements

• B.Ed. or Diploma/PG Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, Waldorf, or equivalent certification.

• Minimum 6 months of teaching experience in preschool, daycare, or early-years learning.

• Fluent in English + Hindi or Marathi.

• Comfortable travelling within assigned Mumbai Western and/or Central Line areas.

• Willing to undergo police verification and provide valid ID/address proof.

• Strong warmth and ability to engage effectively with young children.

• Willingness to work full-time with home-based sessions.
