QA/QC Mechanical Supervisor (ARAMCO Approved with CBT)

Job Summary

The Mechanical Site Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating mechanical installation, maintenance, and construction activities at project sites. The role ensures that all mechanical works are executed in accordance with project specifications, Saudi Aramco standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements while ensuring timely project completion.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mechanical construction and installation activities at the project site.

• Ensure all mechanical works are carried out according to approved drawings, project specifications, and Saudi Aramco standards.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve project schedules.

• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.

• Inspect mechanical installations including piping, equipment, steel structures, and rotating/static equipment.

• Coordinate with QA/QC, Engineering, Planning, and HSE teams during project execution.

• Resolve site-related technical issues and support corrective actions.

• Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and site documentation.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and resources to improve productivity.

• Participate in client inspections and project meetings.

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company safety procedures.

• Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Mandatory Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline.

• Saudi Aramco CBT (Computer-Based Test) Passed – Mandatory.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Oil & Gas projects with Saudi Aramco experience.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Site Supervisor.

• Strong knowledge of mechanical installation, construction practices, and project execution.

• Ability to read engineering drawings, P&IDs, and construction documents.
