Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Project Manager from an Inspection/TIC background to lead and execute strategic projects while ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, stakeholder management, budgeting, and crisis management capabilities to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Roles & Responsibilities
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Monitor project progress, KPIs, budgets, and financial performance.
Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
Ensure project quality, cost control, and timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders, clients, and management teams.
Resolve conflicts and manage challenges in high-pressure environments.
Adapt project priorities based on operational and business requirements.
Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance reviews.
Mandatory Requirements
Saudi National preferred.
Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience.
Prior experience in Inspection, Testing & Certification (TIC) or related industries is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, and execution.
Prior experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
PMP or equivalent certification will be an added advantage.
