Accounts Manager - Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a CA-qualified Accounts Manager to manage operational accounting, taxation, payments, collections, reconciliations, compliance, and financial reporting across multiple outlets/units. The role will work closely with outlet teams, auditors, consultants, and management to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational accounting across outlets/units.

• Oversee payments, collections, and timely financial settlements.

• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment-mode reconciliations.

• Ensure timely GST and TDS filings, compliance, and reconciliations.

• Manage statutory and internal taxation matters.

• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, cost reports, and financial analysis.

• Coordinate with outlets on accounting data, discrepancies, and audit requirements.

• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

• Review and improve accounting processes for accuracy and efficiency.

• Guide and coordinate with junior accounts/outlet finance teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• CA qualification – Mandatory.

• 4–8 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

• Hospitality industry experience – Mandatory.

• Strong operational accounting experience, preferably in a multi-outlet/unit environment.

• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, payments, and reconciliations.

• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
