Job Description
Job Summary
The Engineer is responsible for supporting product design, engineering activities, and technical operations to ensure efficient execution of projects and manufacturing processes. The role requires expertise in design tools, engineering principles, and basic maintenance practices, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and modify engineering designs and technical drawings using AutoCAD and CATIA.
Support product design and development activities in line with project and customer requirements.
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, drawings, and specifications.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth implementation of engineering solutions.
Assist in product improvements, design modifications, and technical problem-solving activities.
Conduct design reviews and support validation of engineering changes.
Monitor equipment performance and provide basic maintenance support as required.
Analyze technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with company standards, engineering practices, and safety requirements.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
Mandatory Requirements
Diploma/BE/B.Tech in EEE (Electrical & Electronics Engineering) or ECE (Electronics & Communication Engineering).
Minimum 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar industry.
Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and CATIA.
Experience in Product Design and engineering documentation.
Basic maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering specifications.
