Field Quality Supervisor - SP

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Field Quality Supervisor to lead and oversee field quality assurance and quality control activities for the Stadium Project. The successful candidate will supervise inspection teams, ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, international standards, and client requirements, while driving continuous quality improvement and adherence to HSE regulations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily QA/QC inspection activities across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP works.

• Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, method statements, and applicable codes and standards.

• Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), quality procedures, and inspection schedules.

• Lead field inspectors, assign inspection activities, and monitor work progress to achieve project quality objectives.

• Review inspection reports, quality records, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, client representatives, and project teams to resolve quality-related issues.

• Conduct site quality audits, monitor workmanship, and ensure compliance with the project's Quality Management System (QMS).

• Support testing, commissioning, mechanical completion, and project handover activities.

• Ensure all quality activities are performed in accordance with HSE policies and project requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in QA/QC or construction quality supervision, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Proven experience in large-scale building, stadium, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality documentation, and construction inspection procedures.

• Experience managing NCRs, CAPA, quality audits, and project quality reporting.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.

• Strong leadership, communication, reporting, and team management skills.

• GCC/Saudi Arabia project experience is highly preferred.
