Helper (Ready Mix)

Job Summary

We are looking for a hardworking and physically fit Helper with experience in the Ready-Mix Industry. The candidate will assist operators, masons, supervisors, and site teams in concrete-related activities, material handling, equipment support, and general site operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in ready-mix concrete loading, unloading, handling, placing, and related site activities.

• Support masons, operators, drivers, and supervisors during concrete operations.

• Assist with preparation of work areas, tools, materials, and equipment before operations.

• Help in cleaning and maintaining concrete mixers, chutes, tools, and related equipment.

• Assist during concrete pouring, leveling, spreading, and finishing activities as instructed.

• Handle construction materials and tools safely and efficiently.

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around the work area and equipment.

• Follow instructions from supervisors and support the team in completing daily tasks.

• Report equipment issues, material shortages, spills, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.

• Strictly follow site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and RMC handling practices.

Mandatory Requirements

• Prior experience as a Helper in the Ready-Mix Concrete / Construction industry.

• Basic knowledge of concrete handling and construction site activities.

• Ability to assist with physically demanding work and work in outdoor/site conditions.

• Ability to handle basic tools and materials safely.

• Willingness to work flexible hours/shifts depending on project requirements.

• Good discipline, teamwork, and ability to follow instructions.

• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
