AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in developing, fine-tuning, and deploying Machine Learning and Deep Learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, ML/DL frameworks, Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and/or Computer Vision, along with experience taking AI models into production.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, train, fine-tune, and optimize Machine Learning and Deep Learning models using Python.

• Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering, statistical analysis, and model evaluation.

• Develop AI-driven solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, Prompt Engineering, and Computer Vision.

• Deploy and integrate ML models into production environments with focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

• Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Git and CI/CD best practices.

• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.

• Monitor model performance and continuously improve models and AI applications.

• Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.

Mandatory Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning, or related engineering roles.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Python and programming fundamentals.

• Proven experience in developing, training, and fine-tuning ML/DL models.

• Strong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, statistics, and model evaluation.

• Hands-on experience deploying ML models into production.

• Practical experience with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.

• Exposure to at least one or more of LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, Prompt Engineering, or Computer Vision.

• Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
