QC Mechanical Inspector (Static / Rotating) - Aramco Approved

Job Summary

The QC Mechanical Inspector (Static / Rotating) is responsible for performing inspection and quality control activities for static and rotating mechanical equipment in compliance with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform inspection and quality control activities for static and rotating mechanical equipment in accordance with approved standards, codes, and project specifications.

• Inspect installation, fabrication, erection, alignment, testing, and commissioning activities for static and rotating equipment.

• Review and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure compliance at all stages of work.

• Verify material compliance, welding activities, dimensional checks, and testing requirements.

• Monitor pre-commissioning and functional testing activities.

• Identify non-conformances, raise NCRs, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to ensure quality compliance.

• Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation.

• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project requirements at site.

Mandatory Requirements

• Candidates with Degree holder should have a minimum of 5 years' experience.

• Candidates with Diploma holder should have a minimum of 7.5 years' experience.

• Valid international inspection certification with minimum 1 year validity remaining.

• Must have Saudi Aramco experience.

• Valid passport with minimum 6 months validity remaining.

• Valid driving license or ability to drive (mandatory).
