Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, tech-savvy, and articulate Product Demonstrator & Technical Content Creator to represent our kitchen technology products. The role combines live B2B product demonstrations, technical video content creation, customer engagement, and exhibition support for tea/coffee vending machines and induction-based industrial kitchen equipment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct engaging live demonstrations of tea/coffee vending machines and industrial induction kitchen equipment for B2B clients and partners.
Conceptualize, script, and present instructional and promotional video content.
Create step-by-step product usage, cooking, cleaning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair tutorials.
Represent the brand at trade shows, expos, and industry exhibitions.
Set up live demonstration stations and deliver product presentations to visitors and potential clients.
Engage with customers, address product-related queries, and support lead generation.
Gather customer feedback, FAQs, and product insights to support product improvement and future content development.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Kitchen Equipment or Home Appliances.
Strong presentation and public-speaking skills with the ability to engage different audiences.
Comfortable appearing as the primary presenter in video content.
Good technical aptitude with basic understanding of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical aspects of kitchen/vending equipment.
Basic cooking skills and confidence operating commercial kitchen equipment.
Willingness to travel for regional and national exhibitions/trade shows.
Educational/industry experience in Hotel, Restaurant, Café, Commercial Kitchen Sales, or Technical Support is preferred.
Preferred Gender : Male.
