Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Engineer – Civil Execution with 5–10 years of experience after completion of a Civil Engineering degree, with strong experience in project execution and project engineering. The candidate must have recent experience on Saudi Aramco projects and strong knowledge of SAEP, SAMS and SAES standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate civil engineering and project execution activities from site.
Supervise construction activities including foundations, concrete works, structural works, earthworks, roads, and related civil works.
Ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, quality requirements, and Saudi Aramco standards.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, engineering teams, vendors, and client representatives.
Review civil drawings, method statements, material submittals, ITPs, and technical documentation.
Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, resources, and construction schedules.
Identify and resolve technical issues, RFIs, site queries, and construction-related problems.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to ensure compliance.
Ensure all civil works comply with applicable SAEP, SAMS, SAES, project specifications, and approved procedures.
Prepare progress reports and participate in project coordination and progress meetings.
Support project planning, execution, commissioning, and handover activities as required.
Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience after degree completion.
Proven experience in civil project execution and project engineering.
Saudi Aramco project experience is mandatory.
Recent experience working with Saudi Aramco standards is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of SAEP, SAMS and SAES.
Experience managing civil execution activities as a Project Engineer.
Strong site execution, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
