Charge Nurse

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and hands-on experience in cardiac cases. The role involves coordinating Cathlab nursing activities, supporting cardiac procedures, and ensuring safe, efficient patient care.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise nursing activities within the Cathlab.

• Provide pre-procedure, intra-procedure, and post-procedure nursing care for cardiac patients.

• Assist physicians and the Cathlab team during cardiac procedures and interventions.

• Monitor patients closely and respond promptly to changes in clinical condition.

• Ensure proper preparation of patients, equipment, instruments, and procedure rooms.

• Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.

• Ensure compliance with infection-control, patient-safety, and Cathlab protocols.

• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, nurses, and other clinical departments.

• Support and guide Cathlab nursing staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing).

• Relevant experience as a Cathlab Nurse / Charge Nurse.

• Proven cardiac cases work experience.

• Strong understanding of Cathlab procedures and cardiac patient care.

• Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
