Kitchen Trainee

Job Summary

Responsible for supporting day-to-day Food & Beverage operations, including food preparation, production support, quality and hygiene practices, inventory handling, and customer service while maintaining company standards and food safety requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Support daily F&B production and operational activities as assigned.

• Assist in food preparation, packaging, presentation, and service activities.

• Follow food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards.

• Handle raw materials, ingredients, equipment, and finished products responsibly.

• Assist with inventory checking, stock handling, and material replenishment.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.

• Support customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.

• Follow SOPs, workplace safety procedures, and company policies.

• Report quality issues, wastage, shortages, or operational concerns to supervisors.

• Work closely with team members to achieve daily operational targets.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.

• Freshers or candidates with relevant F&B/Food Production experience may apply.

• Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.

• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain cleanliness and discipline.

• Good communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced F&B environment and in shifts as required.
