Engineering Representative (Sales & A/S)

Job Summary

LTZ is seeking a motivated and ambitious Engineering Representative to support its Sales and After-Sales Service operations in India. This role is ideal for recent engineering graduates who are eager to build a career in technical sales, customer support, and industrial engineering solutions, particularly in UV and IR curing and drying systems, industrial lamps, and LED modules . The selected candidate will act as LTZ's technical representative in India, working closely with customers to provide product and technical support while receiving continuous technical and product training in South Korea.

Roles and responsibilities

• Represent LTZ in India by promoting the company's products, solutions, and corporate values.

• Support technical sales activities by understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable engineering solutions.

• Provide after-sales service, technical assistance, troubleshooting, and customer support.

• Coordinate with customers and the headquarters to ensure timely resolution of technical and service-related issues.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners.

• Prepare technical reports, service documentation, and customer visit reports.

• Assist in product demonstrations, installations, commissioning, and training when required.

• Participate in technical and product training programs conducted in South Korea.

• Stay updated on product developments and continuously enhance technical knowledge.

• Travel within India and internationally as required for customer support, meetings, and training.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline.

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand engineering products and industrial equipment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively within India and internationally, including long-term training in South Korea.

• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with global teams.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Good command of written and spoken English. Knowledge of Korean is an added advantage but not mandatory.
