Job Summary
Responsible for driving community growth and local customer acquisition through on-ground activities across residential communities, pharmacies, local businesses, and high-footfall areas, while increasing brand visibility, app adoption, and customer engagement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Visit apartment communities, RWAs, pharmacies, local businesses, and high-footfall areas to promote the brand and drive adoption.
Build and maintain relationships with resident associations, community managers, pharmacies, and local stakeholders.
Plan and execute on-ground activations, awareness drives, stalls, and hyperlocal campaigns.
Drive app downloads, registrations, first orders, and customer engagement during activations.
Ensure proper placement and maintenance of branding materials, QR codes, posters, and standees at partner locations.
Coordinate with local vendors for printing, branding, and activation requirements.
Identify new communities, pharmacies, businesses, and partnership opportunities.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with internal teams.
Maintain daily records of visits, leads, activations, customer acquisition, and campaign outcomes.
Take ownership of the assigned territory and identify opportunities to improve local visibility and usage.
Mandatory Requirements
0–5 years of experience in field marketing, BTL, sales, community engagement, healthcare, pharma, FMCG, or related roles.
Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in field work may apply.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with confidence in approaching new people.
Fluent in Tamil with working knowledge of English.
Energetic, self-motivated, and comfortable working extensively in the field.
Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Sheets, and mobile apps.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence required.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
