Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced CBT Welding Inspectors to carry out welding inspection and quality control activities on project sites in the UAE. The ideal candidates must have strong welding inspection experience, a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Welding Inspector, and a valid CBT qualification and IQMS Card.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform welding inspections in accordance with approved project requirements and quality procedures.
Monitor welding activities and verify compliance with applicable specifications and approved procedures.
Inspect welding workmanship, materials, joints, and completed welds for conformity.
Review welding-related documentation, inspection records, and quality reports.
Coordinate with welding teams, QA/QC personnel, engineers, and other project stakeholders regarding inspection activities.
Identify and report welding defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
Support quality control activities and ensure proper inspection documentation is maintained.
Ensure all inspection activities are performed in accordance with project quality and safety requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 10 years of experience as a Welding Inspector.
Must have successfully passed CBT.
Must possess a valid IQMS Card.
Strong practical knowledge of welding inspection and quality control activities.
Ability to work effectively in a project/site environment.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Willingness to work in the UAE for the specified contract duration.
