Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoter to promote Coffee & Tea Vending Machines and Induction-Based Industrial Cookware/Kitchen Equipment at the showroom. The role involves customer interaction, product demonstrations, generating sales enquiries, following up with potential customers, and supporting sales target achievement.
Roles & Responsibilities
Welcome showroom visitors, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, benefits, specifications, applications, and pricing.
Conduct product demonstrations and promote brand awareness.
Generate customer enquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Follow up with interested customers through phone and WhatsApp.
Maintain records of enquiries, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding quotations, product availability, and order processing.
Maintain proper product displays and promotional materials.
Collect customer feedback and share market requirements with the sales team.
Achieve assigned monthly sales and enquiry-generation targets.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass or any degree.
1–3 years in sales promotion, retail, showroom sales, FMCG, consumer products, appliances, or similar fields.
Good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Confidence in explaining products and conducting demonstrations.
Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
