QC Piping Inspector

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced QC Piping Inspector to perform quality inspections of piping fabrication, installation, testing, and related activities. The candidate will ensure piping works comply with approved project requirements and Saudi Aramco quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Inspect piping fabrication, fit-up, erection, installation, and testing activities.

• Verify piping works against approved drawings, specifications, procedures, and ITP requirements.

• Inspect pipe fit-up, alignment, welding, flanges, valves, supports, and piping components.

• Review material certificates, weld records, NDT reports, and piping documentation.

• Witness hydrostatic/pneumatic testing and other applicable piping tests.

• Coordinate with welding inspectors, NDT personnel, QA/QC teams, contractors, and client representatives.

• Identify piping defects, deviations, and non-conformities and monitor corrective actions.

• Maintain inspection reports, checklists, punch lists, and quality records.

• Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Saudi Aramco projects.

• Saudi Aramco approved.

• Must have passed CBT.

• Strong knowledge of piping inspection and QC procedures.
