Assistant Kitchen

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Assistant Senior Team Member to support daily restaurant operations, assist senior team members in supervising staff, and ensure smooth service delivery while maintaining quality, hygiene, and customer service standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Team Members in managing day-to-day restaurant operations.

• Support staff in order taking, food/service delivery, and customer handling.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow.

• Assist in supervising team members and allocating operational tasks.

• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and service standards are maintained.

• Support inventory checks, stock handling, and wastage control.

• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and operational procedures.

• Assist with shift opening/closing activities and daily operational requirements.

• Report operational issues and customer feedback to the Senior Team Member/Outlet Incharge.

Mandatory Requirements

• Relevant experience in restaurant, café, QSR, or hospitality operations.

• Prior experience as a Team Member / Senior Team Member / Shift-level role preferred.

• Good knowledge of restaurant service and basic outlet operations.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer-service skills.

• Ability to work in shifts and handle a fast-paced work environment.

• Positive attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
