Restaurant Supervisor (Captain Outlet)

Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and responsible Captain / Outlet Incharge / Shift Incharge to supervise daily outlet operations, coordinate staff, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient customer service during assigned shifts.

• Roles & Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate day-to-day outlet/shift operations.

  • Allocate duties and monitor staff performance to ensure smooth service.

  • Ensure timely and accurate order taking, food/service delivery, and table management.

  • Handle customer queries and complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for efficient order flow.

  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, food safety, and overall outlet standards.

  • Assist with inventory checks, stock requirements, wastage control, and cash/POS operations.

  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs, policies, and service standards.

  • Prepare shift-wise operational reports and communicate issues to management.

  • Support the Outlet Manager in achieving sales and operational targets.

  Mandatory Requirements

  • Relevant experience in restaurant, café, QSR, or hospitality operations.

  • Prior experience as a Captain, Shift Incharge, Outlet Incharge, or similar supervisory role preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant service and daily outlet operations.

  • Good team-handling, communication, and customer-service skills.

  • Ability to work in shifts and handle a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
