Job Description
Job Summary
The Project Lead will manage end-to-end software development projects, lead engineering teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions. The role requires strong technical expertise, project management capabilities, and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies to coordinate technical execution and cross-functional collaboration.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead project planning, execution, progress tracking, and end-to-end delivery.
Define sprint goals, project milestones, task allocation, timelines, and resource requirements.
Guide and mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain coding and architectural standards.
Collaborate with technical architects and product owners to design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
Conduct technical feasibility assessments, troubleshoot complex issues, and support performance optimization.
Coordinate with product managers, QA teams, and clients to align project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Facilitate Agile/Scrum activities, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Identify project risks, resolve technical bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress, software quality, and delivery timelines.
Ensure effective communication and coordination across engineering and business teams.
Mandatory Requirements
B.E./BTech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related discipline.
5–7 years of total software development experience, including at least 5 years in technical leadership or project coordination.
Strong knowledge of full-stack development technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, React, or Angular.
Experience with database management, including MongoDB and InfluxDB.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of RESTful APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum-based software delivery.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and risk-management capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
