The Duruper Cash Reward is a community appreciation benefit, not a salary advance or placement incentive. Premium members who successfully secure a job through Duruper and complete 3 months with the employer may receive a cash reward of ₹10,000, subject to verification.

Is the Duruper Cash Reward guaranteed?

No. The reward is conditional, not guaranteed. To be eligible, you must: Be hired through Duruper, complete 3 continuous months with the employer, and successfully pass Duruper's verification process. Only verified and compliant cases are approved for payout.

How does the Duruper Cash Reward process work?

Accepted Answer

After you complete 3 months of employment, you will receive a notification on your Duruper dashboard (and email) informing you that you are eligible to apply for the reward. You must upload your last 3 monthly payslips as proof of continuous employment. Our team verifies employment continuity, payslip authenticity, and employer details. Once approved, you will receive a secure payout link via dashboard and email. You will be asked to submit your bank account details securely. The reward amount is credited to your bank account within 24–48 working hours after successful verification.

What happens after I receive the Duruper Cash Reward?

Once the reward is credited, your Premium membership automatically converts to Basic. This marks the successful completion of your placement journey with Duruper. You can continue using the platform with Basic access.
